Auto PIP doesn't remember which display it is on

This requires an external display to reproduce

Open a video tab, start a video
Switch away from that tab to trigger auto-pip
Move the auto-pip window to a different display
Snap it to a different corner of the screen
Switch back to the video tab to deactivate pip
Repeat step 2
Auto PIP window is at the corner set in step 4, but on the display that the video tab is in instead of the display it was previously dragged to

The auto PIP window should remember which display it was dragged to, and appear there the next time pip is triggered

Update to reproduction steps:

Follow steps 1-5 above, except use YouTube
Scroll down to the comments section, so the video is completely out of view
Switch away from that tab to trigger auto-pip

The PIP window behaves as expected in this situation. Same Orion and macOS version as the report first stated.

Hello @TheOtherKai, first of - thanks for taking the time for properly reporting this. Steps provided is greatly appreciated!

I've looked into it and it's definitely a thing. I went and investigated WebKit APIs as well as sources and didn't found a way to instruct it which display to put PiP window onto. Moreower - at this time it behaves exactly the same as in Safari (record uses DeskPad because I wasn't able to record both screens at the same time otherwise):

Safari might improve or fix that WebKit behaviour in future so I'm marking this as NoFix for now. In case we figure something out - I'll definitelly get back here.
