Tabs on left, except PINNED tabs up top.

I feel this is an obvious one. Tabs on left are, I think, the best location, but pinned tabs exist for quick reference. I'd love the option to keep them up top.

Could you elaborate a bit more on this? I can't quite visualize what you're describing. Maybe some images of other browsers that do this or a sketch?

As an option at least. Some people maybe have loads of pinned tabs, then it wouldn't make sense. I generally might have 2 or 3, and I just want rapid access to them so I don't have to pull open the left sidebar.

It's not just ease of access, these bookmarks will show new notifications, and I would like to see the notification badge on them.

I do see what you mean. I think the idea could be pretty nice, but it could be a bit confusing for some ppl, as then, tabs would be showing up in two completely separate places. What are your thoughts on this? Do u have any ideas on how you think this could be best implemented?
