When a window is closed while focused on a nested tab, the tab gets raised out when the window is opened again.
Steps to reproduce:
- Create a new window with a nested tab.
- Switch to the nested tab.
- Close the window.
- Reopen the window.
- Notice that the tab that was nested and focused on has now been raised and is no longer nested.
The tab should retain its position and nested state even when the above series of actions is performed.
