While the button and shortcut for enabling Picture in Picture video work when the video is in fullscreen in any video site, as soon as fullscreen is toggled, both the option in the search bar and the shortcut don't work. double clicking the fullscreen video on the other hand, does work and opens the video in Picture in Picture
I expected the behaviour to be the same whether it is fullscreen or not.
