Currently, the top bar automatically focuses when "new tab/window opens with" is set to "Start Page", however, it is not focused when this is set to "Homepage".
I enjoy using a custom new tab page - for example https://github.com/migueravila/Bento and therefore set my new tab Homepage as this page, yet still desire the behavior as if it was the start page.
I understand this is a very niche use and behaviour which may not be desired for everyone - however, the option to choose would be great.
