Cmd+F Search Not Working on iPad

Cmd+F opens search and shows the first match, but when I press enter to get the next match, the search box disappears and subsequent attempts at Cmd+F does not work. In the screen recording below, I perform the following steps:

1. Type Cmd+F
2. Search for "Kagi"
3. Type Enter (search erroneously disappears)
4. Type Cmd+F (no search box appears)

I am using the Apple Magic Keyboard.

I expected search to work similar to Safari.
