Password autofill does not work on many sites on Mac OS.

Password autofill works on the Wells Fargo sign in. It does not work on the Chase Bank sign in. It used to.
The correct Chase User name and assword is listed in the Orion keychain.
This issue occurs on several other websites. I will document if necessary.
Password autofill does work properly on IOS.
I've tried re-importing passwords from Safari. I've tried using the Compatibility setting. I've researched the issue on Orion feedback and Orion help without finding a solution.
I was using OS 14 Sonoma when the issue surfaced. Today I updated to OS 15 Sequoia and the same issue remains.
Password autofill should work properly for all passwords in the Orion keychain.
I think this is a vital function and cannot use Orion without it.
