Avoozl As far as I remember, this bug didn't exist until the most recent RC. To trigger it, just open a few tabs and then click on them randomly until the hover effect gets stuck on one of them.
ForumNinja404 I can confirm this is still happening on version 0.99.125.1-rc (WebKit 616.1.22). There are no specific steps to replicate, but it naturally occurs after navigating between (vertical) tabs for a while.

nrudnyk @eirk would you be able to check it in latest beta - v0.99.131-beta There were some tangent changes and I hope (because we wasn't able to reproduce) that it's now resolved.
nrudnyk @eirk maybe you would be able to work out some reproducible steps so we can investigate and fix the root cause of it? I wasn't able to reproduce it unfortunately 🙁
