When I'm trying to stream video on Netflix it stops every +- 5 minutes. Just quits full screen, stops playback and exits selected video.
What could be my desired functionality? 
Nonstop playback?? Play movie without breaks?

What do you mean by new, clean? I don’t have anything. I tried with that compability mode when everything is disabled, even on different computer - the same.
I've no idea what happened, but now it started to work without problems..
And Yesterday it again was stopping. I've no idea what's the issue.
