All of my existing sites installed as apps are non-operable following my upgrade to macOS Sequoia on my Intel Mac. Furthermore, any new sites I attempt to install as apps appear to be non-operable in exactly the same way.
Launching any of them simply gives a system dialog saying that the app can't be opened. Sometimes I also get a problem report (as if the app crashed immediately upon launching). I believe the contents of the problem report are basically the same regardless of the app. Also, I have multiple profiles, but this issue does not appear to be linked to any particular profile.
