When trying to print a document on Orion in Google Docs, there is no direct print popup that allows you to print right from the page, but instead, a downloaded PDF that you have to print. It would be very nice to have a direct popup for Google Docs to allow us to print right from the page we want to print.

I tested this using the following document I found via Kagi: https://docs.google.com/document/d/1CQQrNcXxGRhbdgD9SwxPrZ49JBn-cF8sfyKr-9w5YCc/edit

    Orion

File -> Print usually triggers a file download. There is also a chance the print dialog is opened but the contents of the document aren't about to be printed correctly:

    Safari

File -> Print triggers a file download.

    Firefox

Print dialog opens and everything seems to work exactly as expected (all pages are displayed correctly).

Overall this seems like a limitation of/an issue with WebKit.

Thanks for checking this. In that case reporting this to webkit.org is the way to go.

Having the same issue. cmd-P or selecting print via the menu in google docs doesn't print a document. In my case, download as PDF (or anything else) also does not work. This is in compatability mode.
