Orion crashing when creating a new tab while a video is playing in fullscreen

Steps to reproduce:

Note in the video I use the new tab button to create the tabs, but Cmd + t also shows the same behaviour.

Orion shouldn't be crashing.

I was able to reproduce this on Sonoma.
For me the more consistent reproduction steps were:

laiz Interesting, I wasn't able to reproduce the issue with your steps, but my steps seem to always crash Orion on a new profile. Wonder why that is.
