It's confusing when the next page button suddenly disappears/reappear. When there is no next page to go to, the button should be greyed out. This is website UI convention and since this is how every other browser functions, it is more clear what is happening for the user.

Every other browser shows the next page button, as this is website UI convention. It makes it more clear for the user if there is no next page if the next page button is greyed out. If the button is not there, I'm more confused why it's not there and wonder where it must be rather than think there is no next page, because I am used to the button always being there. Having the button always there improves user experience.
