After downloading the app crashes on startup everytime. I tried both the download for my OS (Catalina 10.15.7) as well as your 10.14.-15. The app connects to your site and downloads the version optimized for my mac but regardless will crash on startup. Here is the report details. Chap GPT says it's a bug but i do't know -

Catalina (10.15)

    AlexanderMaksymiw I would recommend installing the last security updates for Catalina. Not saying that will fix this issue with Orion but you appear to be on a circa 2020 build of Catalina when the last security update was 2022 (officially known by Apple as "Security Update 2022-005 (Catalina)", which will give you build 19H2026.) Unlike other Apple updates, installing their security-only updates doesn't usually break other applications/programs.

    Also what model Mac/processor do you have? Though I've gotten the "EXC_BAD_INSTRUCTION" exception from my own programs due to my own programming errors, I've also gotten it when I tried to force a program targeted at a newer processor onto an older processor. If you are trying to run Orion on a processor that was unsupported by Catalina that could be the cause of these crashes.

    FYI, I have Orion 0.99.128.2.1 [Build date Aug 4 2024] running well under Catalina on an (Intel) MacBook Air 2020, and I never got that error message. Orion has its glitches like any program but I haven't gotten any crashes from any recent version of Orion on this setup.
