Steps to reproduce:
Open Orion RC Version 0.99.109.1.3-beta (WebKit 613.1.12). Seems to only work only for the first time you open it.
Click the window switcher icon. The current window name is blank.
Open a new window. That window is Window 1.
Expected behavior:
The original window is called "Window 1" and the second one "Window 2"
