Opening a new tab next to the current one will display a blank page

Long-pressing the "+" button and selecting "Open a new tab next to the current tab" results in a blank page. In the video, I used incognito mode for demonstration, but this error can also be reproduced without using incognito mode.

A blank page should not appear; the start page should display correctly.
