Steps to reproduce:
- Open a single Orion window
- Close each tab of said window (consequently closing the window)
- Run "open -a Orion.app"
Expected behaviour: a new Orion window opens (Safari's behaviour, also what would happen if the Orion icon is clicked in the dock)
Actual behaviour: nothing happens
