When switching to a suspended window, the suspension indicator (the moon icon) for nested tabs shows only after the mouse hovers over them.

Steps to Reproduce:

  • Open a clean Orion profile
  • Create two windows with nested tabs
  • Close Orion to suspend all the windows
  • Open Orion back up
  • Switch to the other window
  • Note that the suspension indicators for nested tabs are not showing
  • Hover over the nested tabs with the mouse, the indicators appear

The indicators should be shown even without mouse hover.
