Orion's compatibility mode is intended for resolving website issues. Currently it does not do anything to the user's page tweaks configuration which can be a source of website issues. An example of page tweaks causing issues is if the user has hidden a cookie consent prompt or something similar, consequently breaking scrolling on the page.

I believe the above justifies the addition of a page tweaks toggle to the website settings menu:
