Steps to reproduce: Scroll over a bright colored object in a html file and the color will appear over the address bar.

Video:

Expected behaviour: The color will not show over the address bar, rather keeping the main color of the website like normal websites in Orion.

Another thing to mention is that when I installed Big Sur on another partition and attempted to reproduce, the issue is gone on the same version. I haven't tested with other versions of macOS though.

It looks like opening any .html file in Orion causes the toolbar to lose its opacity.

To fully reproduce the specific issue in the initial report:

          1. Save https://github.com/tunglamvghy/AcerSpin5-SP513-54N-hackintosh page as a .HTML file (alternatively you can simply curl https://files.catbox.moe/2fwndp.html -o test.html
          2. Open the HTML file in Orion
          3. Scroll down
          4. Look at the toolbar

Potentially related: #8344 which has the same issue but caused by expanding a preview window into a new tab. This issue with .html files is not solved by reloading the tab, however.
