the forward and button doesn't appear when there is no place to go forward to, which differs from the behavior on orion mac and safari. the forward button sohuld always be there so that the toolbar doesnt keep having its icons move around.

I too would like this as it would be consistent with Safari. However, it could be argued that maybe having 6 buttons by default on the toolbar would be too cluttered for some users.
Maybe a persistent forward button can be a toggle in the now new custom toolbar menu?
OK I see the effect is more jarring in new version we cna lock forward button to always be visible.
I actually liked this feature. It was a good visual indicator that there is no forward history. Perhaps we can make this behavior an option?
