Download manager sometimes doesn't display progress information

I was debugging the DL speed bug, and found out that sometimes the download manager only displays "stop"-button instead of displaying the usual DL progress (speed, file size, etc.). I have a hunch it might be more likely to happen either when a) you start (and stop?) multiple downloads in a short timeframe without restarting the browser or b) your download list has too many entries

To reproduce.

1. Start multiple downloads within short timeframe
2. See if at some point the DL progress information doesn't show up, instead only showing the stop button and progress bar.

One would expect for the DL manager displays download information as usual.
