Make tabs have fixed width in "Compact size" mode during their removal

Behaviour like in chrome would be lovely.

During tab removal, tabs resize, which can lead to the accidental removal of tabs to the left of the cursor. The expected behavior is that only tabs to the right of the cursor should be removed, similar to how it works in Chrome.

To achieve this, the tab size should remain constant while cursor is hovering over tab bar.
