Start with vertical tabs.
Disable "Show favicons inside tabs"
Observe no change.
Do something that causes the tab display to refresh, eg switch to standard tabs and switch back.
observe title shown with no favicon, but title text is awfully small.

Change should be immediate, and title text should be in a bigger font size.
