Suspend tab icon incorrectly placed

To reproduce:

Make 2 or more tabs, open any website (e.g., kagi.com) in all of them.
Close Orion with cmd+Q or from the dock. Relaunch.
You should see a Suspend Tab icon placed awkwardly on a tab title when loading from launch.

Screenshot:

Should not show any irregular placed icons on tabs.

Key steps for reproducing even on Tahoe:

Settings → Tabs → Show Favicons Inside tabs OFF
Tab layout: Standard

I am using Orion in Standard tab layout with 'mini toolbar' enabled, and 'show favicons inside tabs' disabled. When a tab is suspended, as you can see from the screenshot, the moon symbol is misplaced.

I am running macOS Sequoia 15.7.3 (24G419) arm64

I expected the moon symbol to not encroach upon the title of the tab.
