Any change to toolbar height, eg:

  • switching between mini/normal toolbar
  • switching from vertical tabs to compact/horizontal tabs
  • enabling/disabling bookmarks bar
  • enabling/disabling focus mode

doesn't result in the page summarizer to change height. This results in the sidebar being cut off partially or having extra blank space.

The sidebar should adjust its content's position based on the toolbar.
