AI Writing Tools from Apple Intelligence non-functional in Orion RC on macOS Sequoia 15.1 Beta

While testing the new macOS Sequoia 15.1 developer beta on my MacBook Pro, I noticed that the recently introduced AI Writing Tools from Apple Intelligence were not functioning as expected within the Orion RC browser. These tools, which are designed to provide AI-powered writing assistance across the operating system, appear to be incompatible or non-functional specifically within the Orion RC environment, despite working in other applications and browsers on the same system.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Open Orion RC browser on macOS Sequoia 15.1 developer beta
2. Navigate to a webpage that should support Apple Intelligence AI Writing Tools
3. Attempt to use any of the AI Writing Tools features

Expected behaviour:

The AI Writing Tools from Apple Intelligence should function properly within the Orion RC browser, providing writing assistance and other AI-powered features as they do in other compatible applications on macOS Sequoia 15.1.
