Deleting a profile while that profile is open causes opening of new Orion instance

I came across this very specific issue when investigating my last bug report.

Create and immediately delete a new profile. There will be a message that the browser will restart due to the profile's deletion. However, a new instance of Orion will open without the old one being killed, which duplicates all currently open windows.

The browser should quit and restart, not open a new instance of itself.
