Post all RC and beta changelogs

Changelogss have occasionally been posted to this forum, but it would be nice if there was a consistent release process that includes always posting them here. IMO it's a bit easier to view than the release notes

Agreed; if there are some release notes here, it makes sense that all release notes would be here.

I spent 40+ minutes trying to find the latest release notes on orionfeedback.org a while back before realiing they were only available on kagi.com. It didn't occur to me to check the help menu 😛

Adding to the confusion, when the Software Update/Sparkle window opens up & shows a new version available, most of the links point to orionfeedback.org.
