"Web" Icon Turns Black After Opening Websites in New Tab

I haven't yet found what exactly causes this, but the "globe" or "web" icon would turn black after using the browser for a while.

This also happens in settings.

Expected behavior:
The color of the icon should stay the same.

Version 0.99.128-beta (WebKit 619.1.11.111.2)

I finally found the steps to replicate:

Open a website without favicon in new tab.
Type something in the address bar and the globe icon is black.
