I haven't yet found what exactly causes this, but the "globe" or "web" icon would turn black after using the browser for a while.

This also happens in settings.

Expected behavior:
The color of the icon should stay the same.

    I finally found the steps to replicate:

    1. Open a website without favicon in new tab.
    2. Type something in the address bar and the globe icon is black.
