Can't read tooltips in the Get Orion+ menu

Users cannot read tooltips that are presented for the plans in "Get Orion+".

Steps:

Users should be able to read the tooltips like they are intended.

I currently have Orion+ and I am unsure of how to log out of it to see this menu.
