I've been encountering this bug too. In this video I clicked the minimize button about 7 times before it actually registered the press.
It seems to be easiest to reproduce when first having the focus on another window and then trying to minimize Orion. Note that ideally it shouldn't take the focus away from the other window, when minimizing other types of windows like Finder I am able to minimize it without ever leaving focus.
