I notice that my iPad (that has the real name "iPad Air") shows as iPad. My iPad Pro (that has the name in settings "iPad Pro") shows also up as iPad.
Which is which? Please use the name of the devices set in system settings - info.
Safari does this right, although it shows the devices on the start page.
There should not be a lot of users with multiple devices, but the ones who do can recognise the different devices better from the sidebar.
