Orion breaks stage manager

when using stage manager and orion at the same time, minimising orion minimises stage manager until orion is opened again. This makes the functionality of stage manager completely useless while orion is open.

Steps to reproduce:

1. activate stage manager (I am running Sonoma 14.4.1)
2. open orion webapp
3. open other programs to have in stage manager (even a finder window will do, this happens with every other program i have tried)
4. use stage manager to swap to a different active program

while any other window is active, as long as orion is running, stage manager will be minimised.

This is incredibly frustrating as someone who constantly uses the stage manager workflow.

stage manager should function normally.
