Non-empty favorites folders cannot be deleted on iOS start page by long pressing and tapping delete

Steps to reproduce:

1. Create a favorites folder on macOS, add some links in it, and have it sync with Orion on iOS
2. Repeat step 1 but only create an empty favorites folder
3. On iOS, open a new tab with New Tabs Open With: Start Page setting enabled
4. Long press a favorites folder with a link in it
5. Tap Delete
6. Notice that nothing happens
7. Long press an empty favorites folder
8. Tap delete
9. The folder is correctly deleted

Workaround: ... -> Bookmarks -> Favorites -> Swipe left on any favorites folder and select delete -> the folder is correctly deleted.

Expected outcome:
The delete option presented after long pressing a favorites folder should work as expected.
