The addition of Hagezi Light DNS blocklist as one of the default blocklists has led to users facing issues as their sites do not load at all or have poor rendering performance. Examples include #8007 and a similar issue mentioned over at Kagi discord: 
My suggestion is that Hagezi Light DNS blocklist shouldn't be enabled by default as it is much easier to show users they can enable additional blocklists than it is to have them join Orion discord or create a report here only to be told to disable said blocklist. The number of users who are willing to go through those hoops is rather low, leading to many abandoning Orion and switching back to some other browser.
Balancing between performant content blocker and not breaking users' sites is a difficult task and this is arguably is the correct next step.
