I'm using the Paper Memory Extension which (among other things) changes the titles of web pages and PDFs on arXiv.org from submission numbers to the title of the papers. There are many other extensions which provide exactly the same functionality for arXiv.
On other browsers (Chrome/Firefox), this behaves as expected for both web pages and PDFs. On Orion however I have found that the extensions do not change the titles of PDFs.
