Full-screen shortcut key (Control-Command-F) sometimes doesn't seem to work with Zhuyin - Traditional (Bopomofo), Korean, and other input sources that are not based on romaji or the Latin alphabet.

Steps to reproduce

  1. Switch to Zhuyin or Korean input source.
  2. Press Control-Command-F.

Expected behavior

Full-screen shortcut key should work regardless of the input sources.

      eirk I tried with Safari and it worked just fine.

      In the videos below I used KeyCastr to display the keys pressed.
