Black Line with Vertical Tabs

Minor cosmetic issue. A black line appears above the vertical tab list.

A seamless transition is expected.

this definitely is a regression in this RC. previous RC didn't have this issue

I thought this was a feature, not a bug lol

If you enter Focus mode and then exit, a bug will appear.
