Steps to reproduce:
- Have two tabs on one window (window A), and a single tab in another (window B). It doesn't matter what they are.
- Focus window A.
- Close a tab in window A.
- Focus window B.
- do cmd-shift-t to reopen a window
- observe that the two windows now have a weird shadow and border, with the "focused" window A not quite focused. Clicking on window A focuses it correctly.
Expected behavior:
window A should be completely focused.
