Currently, extension popup lose focus to main window.
The weird part is that extension popup window is correctly focus only one time after Orion.app is first open.

I'm having the same issue, also with an extension made to search open tabs.

Whether you click the toolbar button or use the keyboard shortcut, the input does not receive keyboard events until you manually click the input with your mouse.
FYI: If this bug is never fixed, Orion will never be my default browser.
