laiz Description of the issue: On Orion 127.3 create a new profile and install Sponsorblock https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/sponsorblock/ Change some of the settings in Sponsorblock settings: Check for Orion-rc updates and install 127.3.1-rc Following the successful update, launch Orion rc and go to Sponsorblock settings Notice that the settings have reset (presumably due to the addition of browser.storage.sync) Additional issues: I am unable to load my sponsorblock config from a JSON file. It loads "successfully" but none of the settings are added I am experiencing similar issues on DeArrow (by the same developer), and if I had to guess there are multiple other extensions also affected. If I create additional profiles on 127.3.1 and install Sponsorblock on those, instead of having the default config they will inherit the configuration from my Default profile Expected behavior: The switch to browser.storage.sync from local storage should not wipe the extension settings without warning. I should be able to restore my config from a JSON file in Sponsorblock settings (this has worked as expected up until 127.3.1) Version 0.99.127.3.1-rc (WebKit 619.1.11.111.2) Sonoma (14)
laiz Initial tests on Version 0.99.127.3.2-rc (WebKit 619.1.11.111.2) suggest that this is indeed working as expected now!
