Steps to reproduce:
- Load any webpage with an input bar.
- Load another webpage which has reader mode turned on by default.
- See that when you switch back to the page with the input bar before the page with the reader mode toggled on by default, that the input bar defocuses.
Expected behavior:
The input bar will remain focused at all times, until the user presses the escape key, OR PRESSSESsomehwere outside of the input bar with the mouse.
