Convert serif fonts to non-serif fonts

For me, serif fonts are harder to read. An option to always have such a font converted to a non-serif font would be nice.

NB: I prefer build-in solutions instead of extensions.

Are you aware of any other browsers that have a similar feature? I'm interested to see how others may have implemented it on ios and macos

No, not that I'm aware of. I tried many browsers.

I like this concept, though I would actually want the inverse (replace sans serif with serif generically, even better website specific).

Some of this can already be accomplished on desktop with customization, but more
font control would be nice on mobile as well.
