the change of tab title from 1 Tab to 2 Tabs causes toolbar to shift over.
I thought that the flexible space would be able to handle this change and prevent all the elements from shifting over, but maybe not.
I think there should be some logic added to the padding or something so that this shift isn't present, because it is a little bit jarring
