Language isn't submitted/provided to extensions

Orion is set to "Germany" in Pferences, but all Extensions (i've testet) don't use the Languagesetting from Orion. I think that Orion doesn't provide the selected Language to the Extension.

E.g. i use the Bitwarden Extension, which use the Language from the Browser, but it is always in english.

Hi @Vlad, since you added this to the planned list, this thing isn't fixed. I don't know how much work this is, but i think that this bring a better look & feel for the browser for all other language users.

Could you give us a approximate date or release number if it could fixed?

This bugged me as well. I've found a workaround.
Go to Library/Application Support/Orion/Defaults/Extensions/.
There you have all the extensions (both FF and Chrome) in folders with encrypted names.
For each extension go into the folder and open the manifest.json file.
Search for the line "default_locale": "en", and change it to the locale of your choice. For me de for German works fine for AdGuard and Bitwarden (tried FF and Chrome extension).
If an extension gets an update it will probably set back to 'en'.

@dino @Vlad thanks for planning and submitting, thats this issue is fixed.

in my case i can say, that with version Version 0.99.130.1-beta (WebKit 621.1.2.111.4) and Language Setting to German this issue still exist. This issue also exist, if i change the language to e.g. spanish.

All installed extensions are still english.

Hey @Vlad, this issue was already fixed, but with the newest Version (Version 0.99.132-beta (WebKit 621.1.2.111.4)
) it reappers. Is it possible, that there had been changes?

I've tested it with the "Bitwarden" and "Sponsorblock" Addons.
