Make dragged preview windows permanent

Currently, undragged preview windows get closed when focus is lost (switch spaces, enter mission control, click elsewhere, etc)

dragged preview windows get closed when focus is switched to a different app. I suggest preview windows that are dragged get completely permanent, meaning they don't close unless by direct user action.

looks like there's some weird behavior going on.

with the link preview enabled in settings:
preview windows become permanent when dragged.

with the setting disabled, preview windows become permanent when dragged, but disappear when focused on a different app.
