  • The downloads button on webapps has a distracting black background on current RC builds

Steps to reproduce the issue:

  1. Install the latest RC
  2. Create a WebApp
  3. Look at the toolbar of your new webapp
  4. Notice the downloads button and its background in the top right corner
  5. Beta doesn't have the out of place background color.

Expected behavior:
The Downloads button should not have a distracting background. Furthermore, please consider supporting #5778.
