Moving a tab to new window via the context menu causes a new saved window to be created and initial window being hidden

Steps to reproduce the issue:

1. Install Version 0.99.127.2.2-rc (WebKit 619.1.1)
2. Create a fresh profile
3. Open 2 tabs
4. Right click one of them and select Move Tab to New Window
5. A new saved window is now created and the initial window is automatically hidden, causing great confusion to the user

I was unable to reproduce the issue on Version 0.99.127.2-beta (WebKit 619.1.1)

Expected behavior:
Moving a tab to a new window via the context menu option should not hide the initial window nor should it automatically create a saved window.

Orion and macOS versions:

Version 0.99.127.2.2-rc (WebKit 619.1.1)
